Monice Morenz is an artist working in three major areas: printmaking, painting and collage. A graduate of the Boston Museum School and Tufts University, her art is in private collections across the country and in public collections at the South Shore Medical Center in Norwell, Massachusetts; Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston; and the Encaustic Art Institute in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Morenz's art reveals a passion for bold color and design. Her paintings and prints convey a contemporary view of the ephemeral environment and landscape. Images are derived from everyday objects: rags drying on the clothesline, scraps of papers on a desk, the confluence of tree branches at dusk. She creates new techniques through rigorous exploration of several printmaking practices, often combining them with painting and collage.
